Crossroads has several Volunteer Ministries which keep the church running smoothly. Please contact the ministry leaders listed or call the church office for information about serving at Crossroads.
Benevolence Ministry
This ministry exists to meet financial and physical needs of those within and outside the church. They attempt to help those in need find appropriate help and support.

Children's Ministry
At Crossroads Christian Church, we take the passage from Luke 18:16 to heart, “But Jesus called the children to him and said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.’” In order to accomplish this, we need parents to help in a variety of capacities. If your child is a regular participant in our programs, you are needed to serve in some area of the children’s ministry. Our programs are staffed entirely with volunteers. We do realize that not everyone is gifted in teaching and most of our positions do not require the ability to teach nor a commitment for life! Can you play with the kids? Are you artistic? Can you act? Perform puppets? Sing? Interact well with people? Work with a computer? Take pictures? Hold babies? If you can answer “yes” to any of these questions, we’ve got a place for you!

Communications Ministry
The Communications Ministry is responsible for the church website. We also work on videos and multi-media presentations used in various church programs. If you have an interest in writing, editing, computers, artwork, photography ...the list goes on, we could use your help.

Community Involvement Ministry
The Community Involvement Ministry plans events such as Community Fun Day (our annual Vacation Bible School Kick-off) and The Candy Carnival, as well as other events that are designed to attract people of our community to Crossroads. Additionally, we are going to plan opportunities for the members of Crossroads to participate in Servant Evangelism. The possibilities for this ministry are numerous.

Crossroads Connections Ministry
The goal of this ministry is to welcome guests to Crossroads Christian Church and to help them get connected with other people and ministries of the church. This ministry is involved with our Guest Coffee, Newcomers Social, Greeters, Guides, and Information Desk.

Education Ministry
The Education Ministry is involved in the education of our church. This includes finding teachers to teach and the curriculum they teach. The ministry is divided into two branches - Children's Education and Adult Education.

Facilities Ministry
The Facilities Ministry is responsible for keeping the buildings and grounds in good condition. If you are handy with your hands or have a strong back, weak back, green thumb, or willing spirit, this may be the ministry for you.

Finance & Administrative Ministry
This ministry exists to help the church be responsible with the resources we have. The ministry oversees the gathering and accounting for the church’s funding and guides administrative procedures.

Missions Ministry
The Missions Ministry directs the church’s support for missionaries and missions work. They are involved in supporting full-time missionaries and supporting short-term missions as well.

Music Ministry
The Music Ministry at Crossroads encompasses choirs of all ages and vocal and instrumental prasie teams. From the weekly worship services to the seasonal musical productions, many types volunteeers are needed to make this ministry function.

Transportation Ministry
The Transportation Ministry is responsible for maintaining and managing the use of the church vehicles.

Women's Ministry
The Women's Ministry provides many opportunities for service and support such as communion preperation, women's retreats, baby and wedding showers, kitchen maintenance, bible study, mentoring programs, Bloom retreat for young women, all-daughter's banquet, meals for bereaved families, and fundrasing projects.

Worship Ministry
The Worship Ministry exists to plan and provide inspirational worship experiences that will allow people to encounter God. Participants include singers, musicians, lighting technicians, sound technicians, computer technicians, photographers, videographers and set-up crews.
